Located on the Historic Canton Square, the Iupe Building was built in 1896, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is located in Canton's Historic Downtown Area. This iconic and architecturally impressive two story brick building provides a wealth of unique opportunities while being minutes away from the Nissan Parkway and the I-55/Highway 22 Corridor.
